Liquid Imagination is more than an ezine. It is intended to be a new
artform through the merging of two artforms: imagery and words.
Fine art and photography enhances every poem/story here, and
simultaneously every poem/story enhances every piece of fine art
and/or photography. Hopefully the two merge to produce
something entirely new. We will find fine art or photography to
enhance your work. When we are done, your work will
simultaneously enhance the fine art or photography.
FICTION: We are looking for fantasy in the modern day world. We
want fantasy creatures and impossible worlds hidden in the now, in
the present. As long as your characters have access to today's
world and times, it will be considered. We're shooting for 3,000
words, but will consider stories above 5,000 words if they knock
our socks off.
POETRY: Your poetry can encompass an inanimate object, an
animal, musical instrument, faerie, demon, alien world influencing
our modern world, or the embodiment of intangible things such as
Death or Time. We do not wish science fiction or high fantasy
unless it directly influences our world or has something to do with it.
Suggestion: give us INTENSITY with high EMOTION in your writing.
We hope these two elements will bring AWE to readers.

Please send submissions with one space between paragraphs, no
indentions. The rest will be taken care of by editorial staff. Those
willing to workshop stories/poems that aren't quite right will have
greater chances of getting in. Potential contributors stating such
will be examined closely.
